    3 hours to go. I like the frame and forks. Be fine with any medium level parts. Tempted if I could be bothered stripping off the XTR stuff.

    Just so. My Focus road bike triple runs 9 spd rear STI but with an ancient Suntour bar con for the front. So much easier on my hand/wrist/fingers than a triple STI.

    Each to their own. I had a v-brake model and loved it just for its looks! Only downside was the cost of replacing the big pivot.

    Test ride for my "new" tow path winter warrior. I've owned it twice (I think!) about 12 years ago, one winter as a s/s, another as a 1 x 9. It's spent its life with my mate or me.
