Could anyone help identifying this Italian road bike? I acquired it from Italy, it has Campag Valentino rear mech so I am assuming it is low end/mass produced but I cannot make out the decals. Has anyone any idea please?

Yes but look at the feedback of those leaving the feedback (If that makes sense) both the people leaving the -ve feedback have no feedback themselves. Strikes me that someone is trying to stitch this bloke up.
