OK, Google helps. It is a Shimano UF Dura Ace semi-verical dropout. So nothing special, it has been chromed. But: why do my average derailleurs do not fit??? Edit: there have been even in the 70ies such dropouts, the Shimano NB-120: https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-vint ... 975-a.html

Hey folks I am building my mid-80ies (?) rando and realised that my derailleur hanger is different compared to the average: As you can see, it has two "tabs" (or b-screw tabs). Derailleurs with angle adjust screws do not fit, also pre-SIS mechs like a RD-6207 (which I tried) without the screw...
