Re: Thanks Enc, I didn't see the bit at the bottom of the oem spec for the shock I'm not sure what to do about originality. I'm currently not a rider and this bike has no sentimental value to me so part of me thinks I should do whatever I want to it, but, I'm aware they're not building any...

Re: Thanks for all the replies so far I've got a good idea of what's been replaced. The thing I don't know is, did they upgrade much, or have they done things 'on the cheap' when items have worn out? I think I'll keep the brakes that are on there at the minute as they seem like a nice upgrade...

Re: Does anyone know what year the bike with the nasty respray is? The cable guides on the crossbar make it look like a later frame, but I can't see the newer dropouts in that picture (I'm a newbie, so there's probably lots of other bits I haven't noticed)
