Mountain Cycle Moho £650 - (Frame SOLD €450 incl shipping)

Re: Mountain Cycle Moho STS £650 Hello All. Just to update, I sent Brad some messages a while back. Unread at this time. As I dragged my heels with my own initial responses, I'm going to give him some more time to read them, then I'll move down the line.

Mountain Cycle Moho £650 - (Frame SOLD €450 incl shipping)

Re: Mountain Cycle Moho STS £650 Thanks for the input, but that's not from me, that's where the STS name comes from. Softtail Traction System. I know it doesn't have pivots or a shock like other Soft tails, but the compliance is designed in to the wishbones.

OMG - I had one of them, with the shifters underneath of course. Had a crappy raleigh before, but the CB was the one that started me off on the crusade.

Yeah, it's the only thing wrong with it. I'll see can I revive it and let y'all know.

Help with Marin frame numbers please!

Thank you kindly. I'll see if I can get that Weld on it so. I expect not, as it's the join and a compound break around the bottom of the down tube. Might be able to get it going as a rare use jobbie.

Help with Marin frame numbers please!

Looks like Ti, but not quite as shiny, but that could just be the finish. Doesn't take a magnet, and isn't burly enough to be alu. Here's a few kitchen floor snaps including the horrendous crack.

Help with Marin frame numbers please!

F05LAC004 - 1995 Team Titanium ? Hello - Another newbie with a Marin Identify question. Not new to retro, just new to posting. So, I got a cracked frame in a pile of retro parts a while back. Crack is bad enough to probably chuck the frame, but I might give it a lash if this is an old one, let...

    Sbike 829 (Belgium)

Thanks for that as well. I know it isn't my thread, but SBIKESwere way up in the most-awesome list during school. I'm not that up on them now, but need to learn more. I see one in my future, if even for hanging on the wall while I ride the ProFLex or Mongoose!
