I had a red one back in my college days cruising up into the Colorado Rockies. Takes me back to those great days.

I took this on it's first outing on local dirt road about 15 miles. I had forgotten how well steel rides. Stoked to get racks on it.

Very nice build. I have always wanted one of these for my collection.

I found another one on Craigslist. This one I believe is a 1989 with pearl smoke paint. I plan on making it a bikepacking rig since it has all the rack mounts and start exploring the Northwestern US.

I wouldn't change a thing on that bike. Those Gravity forks are very rare and fit the bike well. It looks like it was never ridden.

I used a 1.5 to 1 1/8 reducer from problem solvers.

Thanks guy's for the encouraging comments. This was literally the scariest thing I have had to deal with. I was looking off our back deck at a mountain range about a mile away and the fire crested the ridgeline with flames about 100ft tall. Going into the barn and trying to decide which bikes...

I wish I could find one of these.
