Its nigh-on impossible to get into the skips at our local tip. They are about 12 feet high with access from a platform at the side. I reckon if you fell in it would be like Luke and Princess Leah trying to escape the Death Star :(

Just took delivery of a set of these levers and Vee's c/w cables and all Ti hardware!! £100 off ebay and all I can say is PHWOAR :D The spring tension screws are black steel though, which isnt very nice, so Ive just got some M3x10 Ti screws out of the stores which will fit perfectly :)

The majority of pedals use a 9/16 screw with 20tpi, although kids cranks use 1/2", so you would need to take this into account dependant on the pedals you choose for your lad. Threading from the back wont work, the thread remains right handed ;) You need a left hand threaded tap which you...

Chaser's Raleigh Dyna-Tech now restored [spec' added]

Personally, I reckon stem and post should always match, so go polished :) Early 90's I used a Turbomatic, then a Rolls and finally (and I still use them now on all my bikes) a Flite. Bike looks great btw, really nice. Great job.
