Nearest I got to a bike today was polishing the Trek and Tequesta.......just so knackered from all the work on the house yesterday

Think I buggered my lungs too.....was wheezing loads last night.......all that bloody plaster and crap dust I breathed in!

Four of us turned up. It was a great day for riding and wasnt too soft under-tyre. Think we rode for about 3hrs or so on the majority of Scunny's best trails
