I have seen that format of serial number on RM Bicycles from 1991 and 1993, all starting with the digit 8. Are you sure the frame tubes are chrome-moly? Test with a magnet.

In February there was a PS10 on ebay. Serial number 8025875, stamped identically to yours. The first digit 8 is for 1978 year of frame manufacture, 02 for month February.

grogee, I am not sure what model you have. It looks like the Crazy Horse 1984 that was distributed in France. The Crazy Horse that year was designated as VTT1. I do not know what the tubeset was.

Based on the serial number information the bicycles dates to 1999, or possibly a year 2000 model. The GB means a Great Britain model.

The serial number probably missing a digit in the first position, probably an "8". This would make the serial number 82 10 72852. The year of frame manufacture 1982, the month October. The first digit is not a "7" because Kuwahara did not use that format of frame number in 1972.

KHS of Taiwan frame numbers start with a "U", one digit for the year of manufacture, then two digits for the month, then 5 more digits.
