the number of times i have had one arm stick a little, got the old philips-head out and turned the adjuster screws only to find I have turned them the wrong way and made it worse. I really am stoopid sometimes :wink:

wasnt the single bolt put there to prevent the seat post sliding down too far an damaging the shock pivot?

I have to agree those cranks are just awesome. Makes them look brand new. Shame my next project is going to have black cranks, or I would be tempted to give that a go.
