If the fork has a crown drilling you could look at getting one of those supplementary fork-crown cable guides, this changes slightly how the cable run feeds into the canti & usually solves fork judder issues.

If you can source the correct fitting UCS insert (the grey bit of plastic somebody has drawn the shoeplate outline round) then you can fit any sort of popular pedal.

Simple answer no. There's been 3 shapes of Ergo hoods so you can only get the spare hoods to fit the model of lever you've got. Ergo 1 lever hoods usually are NOS on eBay (only in black though).

The carbon forks, what diameter is the steerer tube? 1" or 1&1/8" Pics would be good too.
