    UK Bridleways maps

Hi all Just found this posted in the SE area forum, can take no credit for finding it (Flossyrockstar http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewto ... 8#p2094518) & it's probably already up here or known about, but could be handy. http://bridlewaymap.com/index.html

Very handy, but how come I seem to live at the centre of Kent where there's none :?

Nice new (to me anyway) GT bars

    GT Tequesta

Wheels & brakes on, drivetrain next & a few finishing bits. My LBS have said they should be able to re dish the wheel, so it'll take a screw on freewheel & keep the chainline nice, so it'll be off there sometime in the next couple of weeks. Then hopefully I'll be adding some mud.

cos one GT Zaskar isnt enough ;)

Looking good, nice bike shed too. Also loving the fact that I can click the picture, see a few more Zaskar pics, then be transported into to VAG land :D Had a Scirocco a few years back, had it all stripped out as a track car, even managed to take a Ferrari at Brands once :D Only VAG I have...

    GT zaskar or Manitou HT

Couldn't agree more, pain in the ass trying to find anything out. Might email GT & ask, it's there quote & plastered all over their literature. I think it's not the Zaskar, as the quote just mentions the triple triangle design, but I reckon it's been altered along the way to be the Zaskar, sort...

    GT zaskar or Manitou HT

Can someone, anyone clear this up, it's in the GT catalogue, as quoted above, so I'm presuming they can't just put a blatant lie in their promo material. Help anyone

    GT Tequesta

Here my pile of bits so far. Aheadset, rear sprocket, poss front wheel all on there way, so may even start putting it together soon.

    GT Tequesta

Not yet, just collecting some bits & bobs. Have got a set of RC36 Evo's for my Zaskar, but think they're too much for it (front end up too much), so will probably end up on here & see how they go. Also got some GT bars for the Zaskar, so the Zoom 1's going on here. Need to get a BB & aheadset...

Re: Shed clearance. Autumn cull, lots of goodies. Hi if you split the bars & seatpost QR, can I have dibs on the bars. Cheers Robin

    GT zaskar or Manitou HT

It's from GT's catalogues & website, but it does not say it was a Zaskar. What it does say is this. Notoriety quickly led to iconic status when, shortly after its introduction, a Triple Triangle™ frame became the first (and only) bike in the world to win a mountain bike world championship in...

    GT zaskar or Manitou HT

Zaskar everyday, only frame to win both XC & DH. Keep looking, 1 will turn up & you'll be glad you waited. My mate found mine looking like utter crap at a car boot for £20, full bike, but made a lot of changes since. It's 16" frame & NOT for sale :D Good luck with the search. Robin
