The no. on the caliper only relates to disc size for that caliper without adapters being used, there's about 8 different models of Hope brakes that use the no. system.

The O2 levers are same as C2, only the top cap & reservoir bung/plunger are different i.e. O2 = plain cap & bung/plunger has a 6mm right hand threaded hole in it. Alloy tube could be out of the Hope bleed kit.

Its slightly more complicated than sport & pro as theres 2 types of pro, version 1 has 1 cup type seal, 1 "O" ring with a large ball & socket for the push rod. Version 2 has 2 cup seals with a small ball & socket. Photos for comparison are here ( left to right sport, pro v1, pro v2)...

It can't be done with the forks you have, you need to find a set of large or XL forks to fit it.
