    I did think about a jump frame but wasnt sure how well it would build up as a XC bike. The seat stays always look like they are at a funny angle and would not be suitable????

    Thanks for the info guys, will pass your thoughts onto my friend and let him make the decision. He has been hunting high and low for a 'folding' road frame so might be a good call.

    After much deliberation I have decided to buy the marzocchi forks. Thanks to everyone for there input and I did take iton board but I just couldnt get over the 44 squids for a new set of mx's Hopefully my decision is a good one. :roll:

    Bloody buttons on my keybaord are playing up Will need to be no greater than 100 mm travel as the frame wont take anything longer
