Finally finished the FSR and took her out for a blast this morning. pretty pleased with the end product, just need to get some armour so I can make proper use :lol:

Cyfa, what size frame did you go for? The missus is 5' 4" and I was thinking of going for the 15" frame.

Cheers Cyfa, Cant go wrong for that price, got very good reviews to. Do you think 100mm forks would be OK or do I need to go 120mm - 130mm.

I did think about a jump frame but wasnt sure how well it would build up as a XC bike. The seat stays always look like they are at a funny angle and would not be suitable????

Im looking at building a hard tail mountain bike for my wife and had a question about what frame to go for. My wife and I do not really like the look of the "women specific" style frames with the dropped bar. Would it be OK to go for a small Mens frame instead? Any women on here that ride...

After much deliberation I have decided to buy the marzocchi forks. Thanks to everyone for there input and I did take iton board but I just couldnt get over the 44 squids for a new set of mx's Hopefully my decision is a good one. :roll:

Im now in one of those 'what the hell do I do now decision points' New toras for £120 from CRC (unfortunately the cheaper ones on wiggle have to much travel) New Marzocchi bomber mx lo for a rather amazing price of £54 from wiggle or Wait for a nice set of second hand forks that i wont...

Bloody buttons on my keybaord are playing up Will need to be no greater than 100 mm travel as the frame wont take anything longer
