    Marin palisades trail 2006

Must add to give you an idea, the bike originally cost £700 back in 2006. The fork cost about £300 as did the wheels. The XT shifters (my favourite upgrade) cost a further £90. The SLX crankset, I think, was about £100, the SLX brakes again about £100 and I can't remember what the derilleurs...

    Marin palisades trail 2006

With many upgrades! Rockshox Reba RL suspension fork, Hope pro 2 hubs with Mavic Rims, Deore XT gears with 27 speed deore XT shifters. The gears are buttery smooth! Shimano SLX crankset, the chain and cassette are like new, replaced a couple of years back but have had hardly any use. Chain is a...

    Cannondale Road wheels, 700c

Ok I gather a rule of the forums is not to cross post adverts selling things so this may be breaking a rule here in which case i'll happily delete. All i'll say is, I've got a nice pair of 700c Cannondale wheels for sale and I've put details in the 1998 onwards for sale section. If this is...

    Not just any old raleigh

Re: Ok I've had a look and the front wheel has an alesa alloy rim but i can't see any marking on the front hub. I've got a feeling when I cleaned the bike up the exage badge came off so I still think it's exage. As for the rear, it's also an alesa alloy rim but I've no idea what the hub is...

    Not just any old raleigh

Hi, it's a 19" frame. The wheels are the original so the front is a quick release exage hub I think and the rear is a screw on type of whatever raleigh will have put on it. I'll have a look in the morning to get you the exact details. I can also tell you I've put a new chromoly axle in the back...
