Hi I have an 8 speed xt shifter on my explosif On the way to work this morning my rear shifter stopped shifting back up the cassette, the thumb lever will push and you can feel it catching (resistance is there) but the more you push it, slips and does not change. Does anyone have any links...

So I managed to pick me up a new toy and it has pace rc36 forks..which Im told were serviced about 9 months ago and not really used since (hence why it was up for sale!!) They are great, though the sag on them is redonk...it's about 50-60%!!...anyone know how I can sort this out? Thanks C
