Do the Wings kits have rebound on them or is it just a bouncy spring? They would appear to be a viable alternative.

Okay, I've got them apart now but they only have elastomers in one leg. Is this right? According to the manual they should be in both legs. The next, obvious, question is where can I get new elastomers? Are "Suspension Fork Parts" in the USA the only place to get them? Thanks you, Ian

I have just aquired a pair of the above forks and am now in the process of rebuilding them. However, I have two questions:- 1) How do I get the bottom bearing race off the steerer? It appears to have been attempted using the lever method but this has resulted in a cracked / chipped race 2)...

Hi people, I'm after a pair of shifter/brake levers for my Carrera TDF as the SunRace ones have given up. Shimano are compatible and so either manufacturer will be acceptable. I'm not after anything top level or immaculate, just brifters that work and are at a reasonable price so I can get on...
