    Getting a truly stuck seatpost out without damaging the paint is tricky. Sheldon Brown's page has some great tips for starters, but the hacksaw method is risky and doesn't always work (for me anyway!). Using caustic soda to dissolve the seatpost is dangerous to both your health and the paint...

    One option is to get a mate to sit on the wheel (when it's vertical) and brace it with his hands. You can even do it yourself with practice. I had a shite vice for way too long.... :roll:

    Campagnolo 8-sp freehub, vs 9 or 10 (or 11)

    The largest cog on an 11 speed cassette is slightly dished, so much so that it slightly fouls the spoke elbows on certain hubs. Hope hubs are incompatible with 11 speed for this reason. No Campagnolo hubs have this problem as far as I'm aware. I'd definitely recommend trying on an 11 speed...
