yup. it seems like the 1996 07 version.

but it's the same as the original front wheel.

the rear wheel is a nutted axle but the front is quick release.

frame number under BB is F26hadot and on the head tube is cyc0013166 Forks are the ones that came with the bike and the headset is a ditech with the preload in the headset cup . The wheels i'm not sure off but they match up . I tink it had exile or something similar written inside...
