umm rear axles are 10 mm not 9.

i also spy a 7 speed cassette when the bike had an 8 speed fitted so that's been changed.

Yeah, looks like the wheels have been swapped out for a basic wheelset.

What's the plan for the bike anyway? Wouldn't take much to get it ship-shape.

TBH when I didn't notice the rear cassette being 7sp till now . BTW it is a cassette system .
