Bloody things are a nightmare! Took an XT M737 many years ago, only ever did it once! These days I blow them out with GT85, let it dry out, then grease.

Glad you got sorted! I've painted it over small handlebar decals, stems etc. I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results! :wink:

Hycote do a small tube of laquer with a very small brush. I just painted around the edge of my decals to prevent them peeling up. The smaller decals I completed painted over, you couldn't tell...
