Just collected this a couple of days ago. Needs work but it’s pretty clean. I’m sure it’s a 98 model, but it’s not got disk mounts on the rear subframe? I’m sure I read somewhere that 98 on had disk mounts to eliminate rear end jack under braking. The seller said it was a Xmas 97 bike? I’ll let the knowledgeable men in charge decide if it can stay here?

Yeah, upside down stem, bars back to front and leaning sooooo far forward and the last owner even managed to get the tyres on the wrong wheels!!! Lol. Oh and the reflectors on the pedals flash when you pedal. I’ll attack it at the weekend, needs a rear bush in the non drive side chainstay/seatstay joint too. I’ll machine that up so I can test it out.
