    Compact crankset?

    I've got a 1985 Harry Hall. I have swopped the racing double off it and replaced it with a Sugino Triple. Also a cheap Shimano triple front mech. 6 speed 28-11 freewheel on the rear and original rear mech and DT shifters. Runs very well. I spend more time in the middle ring than anywhere else...

    'Giving up' sugar

    Most Muesli has added sugar. I find it hard to buy it without and I do like my Muesli. Stock up on Jordans at Asda when I can. Muesli seems to have shot up in price over the past couple of years. Thinking of making my own.

    Re: I don't like the word "needy", this new way of describing somebody. My daughter uses it as an excuse for dumping boyfriends. I think it is insulting. Usually used to describe somebody who would like to see more of you or is quite tactile. That is not "needy". It's human nature to be close...

    Red wine man. Just back from Portugal where they just put a jug of it on the table and refill when empty whithout charging extra. I can remember riding my bike a bit the next day. I do like the odd pint of bitter though. Boddingtons, Landlord, Holts etc. Can't stand lager and whats all this...

    No. Ebay. Banned from LFGSS because when I sold an item somebody asked me in a PM if they could use Paypal and I agreed if it was Paypalgift. Not allwed evidently. I'm scarred for life.

    Thanks for the offer but they are too short. I've given up and bought a frame and forks just to get the right size forks.
