Deore LX m560 on bontrager rims with the ritchey megabyte 2.1 wide tyres. The test team thought these were a bit wide for the frame so..... We'll find out soon enough I imagine

I believe the cats was 753 tubing throughout with a fillet brazed wishbone stays, it was aimed at the dogs bolx market with the option of them new fangled disc brakes.

Small movements, frame has gone off to get the paint removed so I can get busy with the rattle can fades when the weather is better. Meanwhile here are more of the correct parts I have been gathering.

And the Deore DX drivetrain, the push push sti shifters, long cage rear derailleur and bottom pull front derailleur. So cool to find a set of shifters with all the top decals in place

It was really nice in the garden today so I decided I would give this a coat of yellow, I was doing really well I thought, that was until I got the fork out 
....... Wrong yellow!!!
What a Muppet eh! Not to worry though I looked in the shed I'd lowe and behold there was still a can of the proper yellow.
So ....... another coat I guess, at least the other yellow has given a good base coat.
