I think several/all the versions of the 600 rear derailleurs had long cage variants. I have an arabesque one, but perhaps you're seeking one from later years?

Actually, it turns out mine was just an axle- sorry if I got your hopes up! You might want to check on Ebay France as I've found that this version of the site regularly has the rarer French kit listed, bought a good few items off there myself.

There's one of these listed up on Ebay ATM (no connection to me). And going by your username I get the idea you're based in the States, so in this case you'd have an easier time buying the BB as it's also over there, as I'm sure you'd prefer that to the hassle of getting one from the UK.
