Wanted Stem for 1 inch steerer

I have a few of these stems that fit the 1" steerers but they're quite lengthy, what sort of length were you thinking? And what kind of angle?

it is a 20 inch frame so will take a long length. Angle anything around 10%. Silver is the preferred colour.
