Today's Ride

Just a short local route post work.

Trails are so dry and fast, and the perfect temperature for riding. Make the most everyone, before the rain comes!!

^^^ think it's a suzuki ignis for anyone wondering!

Joe

Lovely build, always liked Cotics colour choices and the blocky style logo. If I hadn't bought an Inbred it would've most likely been a BFE or Soul. Meant to be hitting 18/19c here rest of the week, definitely gonna make the most of it.

Clocks went back over the weekend here so evening rides are suddenly in the gloaming when the temp is dropping. Luckily, today I had no work-related commitments at lunchtime, and the Mrs was having lunch with a friend, so took off on the 98 Explosif (now with bar ends) for a quick spin around the usual areas. It was a lovely autumn day, 20C with a lightish cool breeze. Trails were dry and the autumn colours out everywhere.

Went for quite a long spin this morning. I visited the grave of a close friend who was killed by a car earlier in the year. I miss him a lot. He was always intrigued by my bikes. I was wondering what he would have made of the latest one. I know he would have enjoyed today's ride.View attachment 948286View attachment 948287View attachment 948288View attachment 948289
That was bittersweet reading, time does eventually heal, I find that I think about lost family and friends frequently. It does get better.
