In the meantime however I learned that is not nearly as old a bike as I thought and the one I am looking at is actually from 2019 looks so much older at first glance.
I honestly thought it was a vintage bike from the eBay ad.
Then looked into it and understood it's modern.
Seems such a strange hotchpotch of parts.
What did you think of them?
They are nice with all the eyelets, bosses, and mounting points. But I'd guess the Cinelli name drives the price up quite a bit...
I see. Seems a good bike, yes, but from what I read and from what you say, other than having a steel fork, I am not sure I see an advantage compared to a Genesis Equilibrium.
And yes, the new Equilibrium come with a steel fork, but the second-hand ones I am looking at don't. Shame.
