They were made in the USA until 2001 for zaskars, 99 for xizangs.
Also don't forget that someone may have bought a frame (or bike) but then at soem point later, completely rebuilt it with other parts. Eg had the zaskar, then bought a new frame, striped the parts of the zaskar to go on new frame, then built up the zaskar with bits they had spare. Or any combo of ... anything...
