Your favourite owned bike and why?

a happy balance was only tarnished by broken raceface turbines on the last ride we had together. and the turbines are my favourite components, they have a lifetime warranty so i can send them back. but i wont send them back, i like these ones, the memories are so good.

The spider didn't shear off through the granny ring bosses by any chance?

If it did, I bet you didn't have any granny ring bolts in....

This crappy old thing, I suppose (only because I've owned it for so long).
This is it about 4 years ago when it still did the odd race, hence the flat bars and bar ends content

This has to be a toss up between 2 bikes a Fat Chance Wicked lite that had some great kit on it.

Lots of other bling stuff. Sadly got pinched from the basement but it was replaced with a my other favoutite which was a 95 Merlin XLM. Amp F2 forks (change to Judy SL), Kooka cranks, Avid Ultimate b/levers and Gravity research cantilevers, TNT hubs, etc...

Both were brilliant to ride and just felt right. I stupidly sold the Merlin and all my other bikes following an accident on my road bike whilst working as courier and regret it to this day.
