Yeti Ultimate

Re:

It is a shame it was split up.
But, by doing so it has helped another build to be finished and gives the opportunity for a new owner to potentially fully refurbish this frame with nos parts if they so wish.

We have all had a bike complete and used parts for other builds.

I would love it but out of my reach.

yes, but we are not primarily running a business and in it for the money ? :) The businesses are pushing up the prices and making all of us that have a few old bikes and parts rich... eh. Or perhaps just moving parts and frames financially out of reach of most who collect and are really just passionate about fondling and beholding IRL the parts.

Complete bike sold in the UK on the bay just before Christmas, with FTW stem, XT and only made £850. Strong Start bid on this, but then its all about the profit.

I don't think so, It did sell to a member here, it was outed on here too, it was only over the road and in Cornwall.

It was a black one. Matching fork and stem with XT, needed only a mere fettle and a change of saddle and tyres to something a little more age appropriate.

There have been a few of late. Good profits clearly.
