No, only 1 1/4" to 1 1/8". Pretty standard

looks like the fork's steerer tube is too short or it is a special type of head set that doesnt need a lock nut...

and it is a Sherpa, not a Pro Fro...

yes, no locknut, but it works fine for showcase
it's really 1 1/4, fork 1 1/8
