Nearly but Gary Cook sold his part of CBR to Craig Cook who sold the whole company to Jack Witner in the 1980s, almost a decade before these cranks were made. The MTB era of Cook Bros was solely under Jack Witner. Gary set up CQP later. They are not the same thing.
