The price was discussed ( including shipping cost to Spain ) and finally we had an arrangement; he send me aditional pics ( requested by me ) and even a couple of videos; we had great comm's with no problem at all; but since 29/7/2010 I don´t have any news from him ( yes, he has activity in his FaceBook ... ); he said he had to go out of the city due to bussiness for a few days ( since 29/7/2010 to next Monday – 2/8/2010 - ), in the same mail, he said he would carefully pack the bike ( taking pics of it ) and when the bike was packed up and ready to be shipped, he would send me his Paypal address ... since then, several emails with no answer ...

He did walk away into the dust...because I bought the bike.
I sent him the money around the end of July, he said he was having shipping issues with his previous offer in Spain (that must be you Maxhc). I was in China for the month of August, so I told him to hold onto the bike until I got back. Ironically, shipping has been a case of Murphy's Law, but the frame, fork and wheels are in my room at home here in Vancouver, and the third and final box has been recovered and is on it's way again.

Ryan ( yep, the seller ), If you are a honest man ( I doubt ... ) please explain that shipping issues ...

On 29/7 he send me this:

"Once it is packed up and ready to be shipped, I will send you my email for you to send money to using paypal. I expect to have the bike packed up by late Monday night or Tuesday morning the latest."

I'll definitely take good care of it, sorry if I took it away from it's rightful buyer, I didn't know.
Ryan's definitely an honest guy, just maybe a little overwhelmed. I think the issues were to do with customs? He also mentioned that it was a bit of a race between buyers, so I just said I could pay right away, and a phonecall and a trip to the bank later the bike was mine. This was around the same time he was going to send you the money request, so I guess he weighed his options and decided I was more convenient.
