The description seems a little weird, but you can see the headtube of that frame on one of the user's pictures and the user seems to be credible:

Advert mentions frame as 1 of 3 raced by MTB-CycleTech.

Did they switch manufacturers each year before they went their own way?

Don't know masses about their history, but I have a '91 Attitude which is an ex MTBct race frame so this has piqued my interest slightly.

Anyone know any more on that side of things?
