Afternoon.
Been holding back on sharing this build for a while.
Until I knew that it was going to work I didn't really want to go public with it.
Having decided that I was only going to work on it when I wanted to, I knew that it was going to take a while. That way I was confident that I wouldn't cut corners just for the sake of getting it finished.
Eight years later and the end is in sight, so for those who may be interested....

LumPi Panda's 2016-2024 Yeti SB66-C

1:4 scale.

That's the rebound adjuster done... just the rest of it to get finished now.

Stacked 1mm Acrylic plates for the crown. Jig to hold everything straight.


Turned chemiwood uppers.


Bit of filler....




Laser cut fork brace.

Forgot to mention, I didn't want to use 3D printing for any this. Sort of feels like cheating when it comes to model making.

Tyre jig to check fork brace clearance. More on the tyres later. They were a pain in the harris.
