This is now keeping my Tranny company in the shed!
Here's a bike I’ve always wanted since back in the day, but being a slightly more modern frame (2009), thought I would go a little 'retro' with the build instead.
Decided to spec it with 952 XTR, ceramics and V's, and this is what I ended up with!
The Ringle stem suits it too, and gives it a proper ‘old school’ look, as does the radial front wheel!
Really pleased with how it's turned out!

Very nice bike. One of these is on my wanted list. If i hadnt just bought a Klein i'd have been chasing the one in the classifieds the other week

Nice, but is that Ibis what you are reffering to as your tranny?

Aye of course!!
Got a Shimano carbon v brake booster and a pair of clear Yeti grips from on here too, should be the final finishing touches!
It rides lovely, in fact, I think my Yeti is the nicest feeling/handing bike I have ridden so far.
I’m amazed at how good these V brakes are, especially with ceramic rims. I ran this same set up many moons ago, forgot how good it is, and the modulation..... just feels right!!
Who needs disc brakes!!

I love your selection of parts, and I've always had a weakness for ARC's. Very nice build!
