Good evening all, thought I'd make my first post after lurking on here for far too long..

What a forum, brings back a load of memories from the golden days of the early 90s, and all these rebuilds that some of you lot have done are just mind-boggling!

Well, I'm a 35yr old whose rediscovered his love for MTB'ing after 15yrs off a bike believe it or not! Started off on a 1990 Ridgeback 601LX, then a Diamond Back Apex, Marin EG, Kona Lava Dome, then had a custom built 531-framed XT equipped bike trashed and being a student at the time I didn't have a spare few hundred quid lying about to get another! ;) I sort off just drifted away away from bikes then as other interests took over, but now like every 30-something it's time to relive my mis-spent youth, eh?!

Aaaannyway, I recently picked up a '91 Alu 0 (off ebay, surprise surprise!) and whilst googling for a bit more info it led me here, so I've taken some piccys and will now attempt to upload (could be waiting a while methinks...)

Cheers for now,

Matty
