That bike looks spot on.

I had a pair of Kooka cranks like that once.... until the left hand one snapped downn from where the 'KOOKA' logo was inscribed :cry: .. Which reminds me that I must have the chainring side stashed away somwhere.

Don't you mean 1st gen Kooka's? Fatty's are the LP's and it is said they are stronger.

I brought mine in 1995, I presume they were early ones and did'nt realise they brought out a beefier version. I love the look of them, they are still my favorite looking crank. How do the LP's differ from the earlier items?

Difference? I do know they later are said to be more durable. Have no idea what makes them more durable.

To confuse matters, the ones I snapped looked like the later model with the shoulder machined around the top of the bottom bracket taper. :?
