Thanks for the photo. I`m starting to think maybe this frame was sent back and repainted during the time period that Rocky was doing that. Then sat in his garage since...

That paint tricked me. :?

I saw a very similar paint scheme in the 1996 and 1997 catalogues. I perused the 91-97 catalogues and there is no paint even remotely like this with the Canadian flags until 1996.

That eagle-eyed FluffyChicken (or should I say chicken-eyed?) noticed the frame details that I completely overlooked.

I've been caught out before identifying resprayed bikes and yes they did respray like this apparently, probably when the Blizzard's (that people have mentioned a few times on here) snapped or where replaced. Or often just for a refresh.
I think they are the Team colours on later bikes, don't know when they moved from the simple Yellow/Red colouring on actual team bikes (I know 93 they stopped in the catalouge)

But the wishbone is just such a big giveaway for me not to notice

if not, i think mechagouki is somewhat interested! but then i think this one is a tad big for him, just like the one i just gave him was a TAD small! :roll:

Well, I went and had a look at it. It is, in fact, a factory repaint, from approx. 96 or 97. Didn`t come home with me however...

I really couldn`t decide what it was worth to me. :? I mainly prefer the 80`s era stuff and just couldn`t pull the trigger...
