Sold XXL (22”) Kona frame swaps?

Hi, I picked up this Kona the other day but before I build it up and confirm it’s too big for me..
Would anyone like to swap it for something similar in 19” (maybe even 18”)? Bare frame only - I have ordered a rear mech hanger so will include that too.
Happy to discuss further and maybe meet up to swap if fairly local?

Seems to suit 80mm forks, probably be ok with 100mm too.
