No, the brakes will only work with 180front,160rear IS frame and forks.

Ok so id like these brakes but not sure how to get them to fit... my frame is IS mount but currently has 160mm front and 140mm rear rotors...

You would need to get a 180mm disc rotor, put it on the front wheel and the swap the 160mm disc onto the rear wheel.

Would it fit or would i require an adapter to make more room for the bigger discs? Or are the calipers designed as such to take that size anyway? Sorry for the noob questions

Both calipers bolt direct to IS mounts on frame and forks, the front caliper will only worh with a 180mm disc rotor and the rear caliper will only work with a 160mm disc rotor, no adaptors are needed nor are any available.
