XT M739 V brakes and servowave levers, Xlite Xpert XC bars

Rather than bumping a thread with a slightly irrelevant title, I'm doing a new one for the bits I've still got left over (with slightly lowered prices). I'm in Solihull (or sometimes London, Birmingham, Stratford-Upon-Avon or Leamington Spa) and I much prefer to meet in person than post, but can do so at cost.

M739 V-brakes and levers. Good condition, a few small marks and some slightly rubbed off graphics, but otherwise decent - limited pivot slop and pads/holders are good. Doesn't include any of the "moons". The noodles are rusty, but I can provide them and the concertina boots if you want. £45

24" X-Lite Xpert XC bars. Gun metal grey, faded where they've had decades of sun so the sections where they were clamped in the stem/had the brake levers are a bit darker. One of the few sensibly wide flat bars from the mid-nineties. No big or deep scratches, no bends. £10

Yeah, I saw your previous reply, it's just that I can't be bothered to keep splitting stuff down.

To be honest, I thought that these would be the easiest thing to sell - they're such great brakes, I don't know why everyone isn't running them on 1996-ish bikes. If I thought I was going to own something with cantis and flat bars in the near future, I'd definitely be keeping them. I guess there are just too many of them out there.

Yeah, it just comes down to the times really - sometimes these things get snapped up and other times they sit about... I remember trying to sell turquoise ringle skewers and a turq CK and NO ONE was biting - took me ages to find anyone selling them though

You'd definitely sell them on the eBay, though that is a pain in the A, IMO...

Well, if you get any other interest in just the brakes, I'll buy the levers :)

Bump because a prospective buyer isn't answering his PMs (sorry Dong - still not looking to split at this point).

The "moons" are the little bits of plastic that go in the lever to stop/limit the variable leverage. I always preferred the more progressive feel of the moving pivot, hence why I didn't keep them.

Tom, I'm interested in the brakes if dongward is still interested in the levers...and you can be persuaded to split.
Regards
Iain
