as per latest post re my Bear Valley i regreted the sale and got her back again in poor condition so its rebuild no.2

was asked about upgrades at the time but funds were limited.


Looking for XT ? M735 long cage RD and 28.6 mm bottom pull FD 7 speed with the biopace chainset.



also looking to use single side SPD for ease of a tootle down the town or a cleated spin on gravel mild off road but not downhill as too accident prone.
anyone used these ? Planet X flip flop SPD pedal

The front mech is 31.8. I may have a shim to reduce it.
