You explained it fine, yes they are loose. It's the HP-M737 as in the diagram above.

Acutally no.. I don't get it.. It does'nt run smooth. And when i'm tighten it, it get's to tight.

Remove one ball and try again with plenty of grease.

10 points mr! I removed one ball in each "cup". Now i can tighten it, and it works just perfect!
