wyd - cheap rear wheel with disc mount and brake surface

Looking for a cheap rear wheel for a mate who is just getting into MTBing. Needs a Tim brake surface initially and ideally a disc mount incase he wanted to upgrade the v brakes.
7 8 or 9 speed will be fine

i have a wheel of a giant yukon

Disc and brake. could do with bearings sorting out. If i get chance i will have a look

No cassette/rotor or skewer.
