WTD. Very VERY long-necked 1" quill stem.

I've inherited a lovely tourer but it's too small. No problem that a half mile long Syncros seatpost can't solve but I can't find a reasonably priced long-necked stem. Can you help?

....Long necked do you mean around 130mm ish? 1" diameter?

Specialized team stem 1" and if I remember right 155mm length :shock:
