WTD: Small touring frame

I'm looking for a frame about 50-51 cc (20") to build up as a light tourer.
It should fit 700x32c or larger. Eylets for mudgards is also needed.

I'm especially interested in classic English frames such as Mercian, Holdsworth, Bob Jackson, Hetchins, Dawes or similar.
Since I live in Sweden you got to be prepared to box the frame and ship it, at my expense ofcourse.

Any tips on where else I could find something to replace my beloved Hetchins is much appreciated!

I've got a more modern claud butler dalesman, tig welded 631 with a 1" threaded steerer. Handbuilt in England. I think that this would date it to approx 2000. 19" seat-tube, 21" top-tube, semi-sloping geometry. Cantilever bosses, front and rear rack mounts, clearance for big tyres and a spoke holder on the nds chainstay. If you're interested I could take some pics for you
