WTD small lightweight frame (14/15 inch) vbrakes for build..

i'm looking for a small size lightweight mountain bike frame with v brake mounts to build up as a touring bike with off road option. Anyone got anything like that hiding out in their shed?
I need it to have the fittings to attach a pannier rack...

you wont get much lighter and it is a fantastic frame in your size

15" ish Orange o2 V brakes not sure on rack eyelets but you can get racks that just mount on the seat post only.

What shall we say £55 posted or £40 collected

I've got a 16" Kona Pahoehoe 2000 with glow in the dark decals! Easton ultralite tubing. (V-brake and disc ready).

It's got plenty of scratches but it's a fantasic frame. Let me know if it's of interest.
