Wtd: Reynolds frameset, 52-54cms for S/S commuter

Hi,

Wanted cheap frame, forks and headset, 52-54cms for S/S commuter.

I'm thinking a steel road frame with 126ish rear spacing and horizontal drops will be better than a track frame but anything considered. It'll most likely be freewheel not fixed so front and rear brakes holes preferred, as is 27.2 post and english threaded B/B carrier.

Scratches, chips, small dents all welcome just no cracks, seized posts or wrecked threads please.

I'm on a tight budget but could push the boat for 531 or similar, Based in South London.

Based on the kit i have already, i think i want to go with a reynolds 531 frame and forks with horizontal drops, 126 OLN and 27.2 post.

Not looking for anything to nice in fact scruffy is preferred as this is gonna get locked outside.
